Returns
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or item sent).
- Be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and unworn).
- Have all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by a clear, unedited unboxing video (showing the package being opened and the issue).

Change of mind or personal dislike.
- Minor color differences due to screen settings.
- Size variations within standard tolerances.
- Items that have been used, washed, or missing original packaging.
- Requests without a proper unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Fashion accessories (earrings, hair accessories, etc.).
- Handbags & wallets.
- Undergarments, lingerie, and innerwear.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Beauty and cosmetic products (if opened).
- Electronic items (once unsealed or used).
- Items bought on clearance or final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚨 Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The product does not meet return criteria.
- No unedited unboxing video is provided as proof of damage/defect.
- The issue is not visible in the video.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still don’t see the refund, email us at admin@trendbuy.co.in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email admin@trendbuy.co.in with proof of the issue.
Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer must pay for return shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Important Notes
- Customers must initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery by emailing admin@trendbuy.co.in with a single, continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) clearly showing the package being opened and the issue.
- If a return is initiated without a proper unboxing video, the request will be denied.
